China Blue PTFE Coated Fiberglass Tape

PTFE Coated Fiberglass Tape is using glass cloth base material, impregnated with PTFE or Teflon (polytetrafluoroethylene) dispersion and then sintered.
Single surface treated and coated with a high-temperature-resistant, silicone, with pressure-sensitive adhesive coated on back side. Taixing Youngsun products can be supplied as long rolls as in picture.
Yellow textured PVC release liner is applied to the adhesive surface for ease of application and protection long lifetime of fresh adhesive.
We use 100% Dow Coring silicone adhesive which guarantees super high temperature resistance.
Self-wound rolls self adhesive ptfe tape are available (without liner).

Skived PTFE adhesive tape
Difference between skived PTFE adhesive tape and ptfe coated fiberglass tape is that PTFE film tape use 100% PTFE film as basic material, then overlay one side with high pressure sensitive silicone adhesive which is imported from USA.
This tape has special strong strength and elongation, widely used for insulation and heat resist masking.
