We buy yarn from Jintong,we inspect the yarn when they unloaded in our factory. (tolerance, tensile strength, physics test etc.).

After that, we put the warp wire on beam, draw the warp wire into heddle and reed. Then our experienced weaver will start weaving according to orders.

Initialsurvey will bedoneafterweaving. Then start heatsettingtreatmentandphysicalproperties inspection,beforewegettentativefinishedrolls(60-500metersbigrolls).

Packing
1. Folding the mesh each roll and packed with plastic bag, then in cartons. Suitable for small quantity and have no requirement for the crease.
2. Rolling the mesh into papertube each roll and packed with plastic bag, then in carton. Suitable for large quantity and the mesh has better surface than folding type.Delivery Time
Usually we can ship the goods within 5-30days accordingto different quantity as we have stocks 500-2000m for different mesh count.
