This High Pressure Cooking Kettle is with high pressure which can make the product cooked very soft. It is suitable for the cooking of pork, beaf, bone soup etc. It is made of 4 layers: Inner layer, jacketed layer, insulating layer and cladding layer which are all made of SUS304. The heat transfer oil or water is input to the jacketed layer to heat the inner layer indirectly, which can make the processed product heated very evenly. The cover is connected with the kettle body by good flange which can resist high pressure and the cover also can rotate when opening.
