Rock drilling tools factory ProDrill manufactures DTH Hammer Bits with BR shank type are available in a various range of sizes and with a number of custom design features for optimum performance in a rock formation, designed to match all conceivable applications for water well industries, stone quarrying, mining and construction.
Shank type: BR2, BR3; and DTH drill bits hole diameter: 3", 4", 5", 6", 8"(85mm-350mm).
Convex Face
A classic design of rock drill bits for soft to medium hard rock formation which is not so abrasive. This design have very excellent penetration rate but poor in hole deviation if rocks are hard.
For high penetration rates in soft to medium-hard with low to medium air pressures. It is the most resistance to steel wash, and may reduce the load and wear on the gauge buttons, but poor hole deviation control.
Semi-Ballistic/Parabolic Buttons
Excellent penetration rate, but only suited to medium hard and not so very abrasive rock formation.
BR 2 Bits are available in diameter range between 76-90mm. these bits have 3 flushing holes and are available in three bit face styles: flat, concave,convex and in three carbides shape of DTH buttons: Dome, Parabolic(Semi-Ballistic), Ballistic.
BR2 DTH Drill Bits are produced from premium quality nickel-alloy steel for increased durability and wear characteristics. Specific heat treatment standards and special "stress relief" processes ensure
consistent performance. BR2 DTH hammer bits are designed for maximum performance and hole cleaning ability and high penetration rate.
