In order to produce continuous, feed factory should set up a certain number of silos, which foundation is to receive, storage and discharge the materials. Normally, it include raw material(maize,soya) silo, intermediate silo (batching bin, buffer bin) and finished product(pellet feed) silo.
Our Steel Cone is assemble one in high strength steel plate, also can be hot galvanzied accoridng to requirment.
The whole cone and upper bin are supported by the whide Edge H steel structure to hold the total weight including bin's self weight and grains, and transfer the load to foundation.
The bracelet between column enhance the strength of the bottom structure.
