JMC JX4D30 serial engine is choose as power

1. Strong Power:Turbo charger and inter cooler increses the density of inteting air,high pressure and common rail technology.Produce more combustile mixture rapidly.4D30 engine adopts Honeywell VGT turbocharger which can meet the range of high and low rotation speed, BOSCH common rail system is also adopted with a rejecting pressure up to 18000bar. Engine's maximum torque of 375Nm could be achieved when the revolving speed ranges from 1500rpm to 2800rpm. Net max power is of 110kw/2800rpm,which greatly improves acceleration and operation performance.

2. Low fuel consumption and low emission:Optimization of combustion system to improves combustion efficiency and emission level; matching design are made through stable cylinder-inside nozzle ,combustion chamber calculation and tests. Powerful EGR cooler and inter-cooler in state IV stage are adopted to improve intake conditions; higher compression ratio is also settled ; intake manifold is also been optimized by CFD to improve intake distribution. Furthermore, oil consumption is lowered through lower friction by optimizing each key friction pair (e.g. valve rocker driving mechanism with roller). Measures mentioned above have been taken to balance energy saving and emission reduction indexes to reach the lowest fuel consumption of engine( leading 205g/kwh.)
