Heavy duty horizontal lathe(simple NC lathe)
This machine is mainly used for all kinds of rotary parts processing, such as cylindrical, end surface, grooving, tapering, circular arc and curved surface, threading, etc.
This machine is an economical heavy horizontal lathe with nc function (but not by CNC precision inspection) ,which is designed by my company independent development. The main transmission and feed adopts separable type. The bed adopts integral three guide, main guideway adopts intermediate frequency quenching treatment, spindle box adopts through shaft type, two supports, the highest speed is 160 r/min. At the same time, this machine is equipped special gated type tool post, Germany Siemens 808 d system.The tailstock and tailstock sleeve movement adopts motor way;Sleeve lock adopts hydraulic automatic control method, the tailstock lock use manual way;A big platform and hanging button station is easy to operate.
