A: La linker is a one-stop hospitality supplier, mainly focusing on room essentials, bed & bath linens, F&B linens, bathroom amenities, public area facilities, for 4 to 5 star hotels & resorts and above.
While as cooperation deepens, our clients also request us to purchase any other hotel use items, such as kitchen equipment & utensils, crockery, glasses, cutlery, furniture, lights, etc. and even products for their personal use, just to combine and make their purchase much easier and guaranteed.

Q: How do you control quality to ensure each hassle-free delivery?
A: There is no compromise in cost and efforts when it comes to quality control. We are quite ‘picky’ actually as our suppliers or even competitors describe us, being considerate in every process from product developing to production, from order confirmation to delivery, and before sale to after sale. Each batch are well inspected before shipment, some products are even 100% inspected and some are inspected more than one time if necessary.

Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: We take responsibility for every single product we supply to you if it belongs to our manufacturing or packing fault. You enjoy 2 Years Warranty for most of our products esp. electric items. It’s not from the invoice / purchase date, but from the date you start using our product (But of course please don’t keep it in warehouse until 2 years LOL. Default warranty start date is 1 weeks after your receipt of our product.). So please inform us on your first using date, share some photos and comments. Do not hesitate to let us know whenever there is any question or problem. We will be always at your services.

Q: What extra service clients can get from La linker?
A: We are here to facilitate your wish of true hospitality into reality. Just tell us your idea and we can recommend items that fit to your room theme, brand standard and budgets. We have professional design and engineer team who can help designing the artworks, free of charge.

Q: Are your products ready stock and any MOQ required?
A: Yes, we keep stock for some regular items. No MOQ for Ex-works price terms, while if based on FOB price terms, we require Minimum Order Amount (MOA) USD2,500 for each shipment (can be different products combined). For particular items, esp. some customized items such as bathroom amenities, leather items, bed & bath linens, bespoke trays, they are produced upon order and MOQ is to be discussed.

Q: Do you accept Bespoke / Customized design?
A: YES SURE. We see bespoke possibilities as opportunities that keep us innovative and grow up with customer need. So any bespoke design or idea is welcomed as long as you can match our MOQ and it’s within our doability. We have design and engineer team who would spare no effort to support you until your dreams come true. They will never stop unless the reality says “NO” or you decide to give up, LOL.

Q: How do you charge for Bespoking?
A: The services of our design and engineer team are all free of charge. It means you can treat them as your own team or even more than your team. I am sure you would always enjoy working with our guys. Charges you need to pay are: molding cost, sampling cost, postage for the sample(s), if there is any.

Q: How do you charge samples?
A: Life is not easy so we make it much easier for business to move on well together. We provide free samples for most of our products except those valued above 30USD, so normally you only need to pay postage for delivery to your address. For Bespoken / Customized items, as mentioned in above Bespoking policy, charges you need to pay are: molding cost, sampling cost, postage for the sample(s), if there is any.

Q: What the price terms do you do with clients?
A: We are quite flexible and happy to serve you in any terms you prefer as long as it’s within our ability, such as Ex-works, FOB, CIF, CNF, DDP, DDU etc. We have our sister company specialized in international logistics for 7 years and quite a few professional logistics partners for different countries, regions. Whatever terms you take, we always take any necessary or extra efforts to
facilitate your shipment until the goods are safely within your own control.
