Main Features:
1:The machine is suitable for stranding long length and section bare aluminum copper , aluminum alloy, aluminum cable steel reinforcing wires to product the following power cables. Sector shapped conductors,round compacted ,single core prespiralled.
2:reels are arranged quartering around the cages. The centralized side loading system can increase efficiency much more,the equipment has high-powered, high speed.
3:ir is driven by 36-stage gear-box,the tow wheels of double wheel capstan are overhung position supported on shafts. One wheel is straight and the other is inclined position arranged to ensure good care of the material to be pulled out. The maximum pulling force reaches 15T . each reel is equipped with an advanced broken wire detector, allowing to stop the machine automatically in case of broken wire.

Advantage:
1. High speed: the maximum speed of 630 wire disc 6 discs reaches 350rpm;
2. Multiple specifications: the minimum diameter of wire disc should be 400mm and the maximum diameter should be 800mm. The minimum number of single segment wire disc should be 6 and the maximum number should be 48.
3. Multi-form tension: hysteresis tension, mechanical tension, mechanical belt feedback tension, pneumatic tension, etc.
4. hydraulic, electric side lower upper plate, side upper plate and so on a variety of overall plate options;
5. manual clamping, pneumatic clamping, electric clamping and other clamping mechanisms can be selected.
