Machine use:
The machine tool is a gantry mobile CNC drilling machine, mainly used in the plane drilling of flange and plate parts. can be drilled or tapped using a cold high-speed bit inside cemented carbide.
The machining process is controlled by numerical control, and the operation is very convenient, which can realize automation and adapt to high precision, multi-variety, medium and small batch production.
Characteristics of machine:
·The machine is mainly composed of bed, workbench, gantry, vertical slide type BT50 drilling power head, cooling system, CNC system, electrical system, etc.
·The machine tool table is provided with a well-machining T-groove, the T-groove is provided with a movable support, the position is adjusted according to the size of the workpiece, and the workpiece to be processed is placed on it. The bed and gantry of the machine tool are all welded structures of steel plate, and the rationality of the material and cloth bars are fully taken into account in the design, and the stress is removed by high temperature annealing before processing, and then the precision of the machine tool can be ensured to be stable. Therefore, it has the characteristics of good static rigidity and small deformation.
·The longitudinal movement of the gantry adopts the guide direction of the two straight rolling guide rails with high bearing capacity,
and the movement is flexible. The drive adopts AC servo motor and precision drive pair to ensure the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of gantry movement.
·A CNC moving slide plate is mounted on the crossbeam of the gantry of the machine tool, and the transverse movement of the power head slide plate adopts two linear rolling guide rails to guide the direction, and the drive adopts AC servo motor and precision ball screw pair nut rotary drive respectively to ensure the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of the slide plate movement.
