Normal basin hole (under counter basin hole in the bathroom): 400*500 square hole takes only 2 minutes, saw blade cutting-2-3 meters per minute.

Instruction:

1.For saw blade opening (square basin hole), one main spindle makes four corner openings, and the other main spindle makes basin edge rough and fine grinding. The round hole is directly processed by the spindle.

2.The conveyor belt is automatically transported to a position suitable for processing (infrared rays on the rear side as a reference), and the side-pushing correction plate is automatically positioned and clamped automatically. There is no need to locate the origin, just determine the position of the pot hole and start processing. Namely: the saw blade has a hole (square hole), and the left and right spindles have a trimming angle and a fine grinding.
The operation is simple, you can learn to operate the machine in 10 minutes, and the performance is stable:Using a well-known brand operating system, the system adopts modular operation, no complicated programming is required, and the entire operation process can be learned in ten minutes.
