CNC step block processing center is designed to process step block for transformer core, it is the initial and leading technology in China.
Machine adopts CNC control structure, high processing precision, repeat precision is + / - 0.1mm.
The defect of limit of the milling depth from ordinary milling machine have been totally modified, greatly improved the processing efficiency which now is at least 3 times more than the ordinary milling machine.
Easy and reliable operation, only need to input the processing coordinate according to the drawing. The whole process is automatic completion with no need for manual operation, it can reduce dependence of the skill of the operators.
Machine adopts professional woodworking saws imported from Italy with long service life. Smooth processing surface ensure the spacer will be damaged. No carbonization phenomenon.
Smooth and beautiful surface, it can be used without grinding.
Light and energy saving. The total power of the system is not more than 7.5KW. Saving more than 50% energy compare to ordinary milling machine.
Foundation is not required for installation, it can be placed at any location in the workshop.
