EPchem® RRU-0706 is polyolefin based material containing inorganic flame retardant, antioxidant, lubricant, etc., produced by mixing, plasticizing and then pelletizing. RRU-0706 is appropriate for sheath of 4G remote optical cables and so on.

RRU-0706 has good processing performance, can be well processed using PVC and Polyethylene standard extrusion screw, preferring a low compression ratio (1.2Demonstrational & Teaching Utensil ~ 1.8) screw for the best Feeder extrusion effect. In general we recommend the following processing conditions:Extruder L/D: 20~25Filter (mesh): 30~60Temperature setting: Zone1 Zone2 Zone3 Zone4 Zone5 Die
110ºC 120ºC 135ºC 145ºC 150ºC 150~165ºC
The above temperatures are for reference only, but should be adjusted depending on specific equipment.
RRU-0706 can be extruded by extrusion compressingdie but also extrusion tube die.Storage
These compounds must be stored under the following conditions:closed and undamaged bagsambient temperature does not exceed 45ºCavoid direct exposure to sunlight and weatheringshelf life:12 months.Package
