What is CABLE REEL?

A cable reel is a cable winding device that provides power, control, or control signals for large mobile devices. It is widely used in port gantry cranes, container cranes, shipping machines, tower cranes and other similar conditions of heavy machinery and equipment.

Cable reel main products are the following forms: weight, force from the motor, hysteresis, variable frequency drive.

Cable reels are divided into: spring-driven cable reel and motor-driven cable reel.

The spring-driven cable reel is used to control the roll up and release of the cable, mainly for cranes, stacking plants or waste water treatment technologies.

The coil spring drives the reel to be more reliable, lower prices, and can be replaced with electric drums. Especially if there is no internal power supply for the mobile device.

The flange of the spring drive reel is made of galvanized sheet metal and the outer edge of the flange is crimped.

The core of the reel is made of sheet metal and the outer layer is coated with polyester layer protection, can play a good role in preventing corrosion.

Conditions of Use

Altitude of not more than 2000 meters.

Ambient temperature: -20 ºC - + 45 ºC

Allows work in places where rain, splash and non-corrosive gas dust are allowed.

Installation of the highest vibration conditions: 5-13HZ, the displacement of 1.5mm; 13-150HZ, the vibration acceleration of 10m / s2.

Collector box protection class IP54.
