Clamping Force 35-300T Standard Vertical Injection Molding Machine
1.This machine has direct pressure and bijection cylinder injection structure, clamping force 35-300tons. Computer full display screen has Chinese/English/Russian, electronic ruler for displacement, double pressure valves and hydraulic oil controlling.
2. Fasten lower and movable upper die type with insert part's product, have a good at fixing orientation along with ejector pin device for finishing goods.
3.Driving by nitride steel screw high-torque hydraulic motor, Bijection cylinder injection, three-stage temperature control, high shooting force, and shooting speed & back pressure screw speed can be adjusted, suitable for various precision engineering plastic parts forming.
4.Dual cylinder or double auxiliary cylinder design, which multiple pressure for high-speed closing mould, promote mould's life and safety.
5. Adjustable hopper, convenient cleaning slag and nozzle, quickly replace moulds and components.
6. Unique design and import components make machines has low noise, high efficiency, long life, unique design, convenient in using & operation & maintenance features.
7.Various hydraulic oil system (Semi-Closed Loop, Servo motor or high-speed injection) designs can meet customer requirements.

We warranty 12 months, and all products of own the rights to get replacements for detective products within 60 months, but exclude the ones which damaged on purpose or misemploy.

How does the company guarantee the quality of injection molding machine?
It is mainly guarantee by a series of perfect quality management:
1, Quantity control of raw materials and accessories:through advanced testing instruments and equipment,a series of tests are carried out on outsourced incoming materials,including chemical composition analysis,impact resistance analysis,to ensure the quality of spare parts.
2,quality control of the processing process:constantly improve the processing and manufacturing process,implement the workpiece processing responsibility system ,and comprehensively ensure the quality and assembly requirements of the processed part.
