Car body shredder/metal shredder
metal & Vehicle shell recycling line is mainly composed of heavy metal shredder and horizontal crusher. The former masters in shredding vehicle shell coarsely and secondly the latter further cuts the discharged materials into smaller pieces. The whole plant adopts air separation equipment and specialized dedust system to purify dust during the crushing process. The copper, ferrous metal, aluminum and other recycled materials can also be separated and refined by magnetor, eddy current separator and other specialized classifier equipments. The system has PLC control function with dynamic real time monitor.
