Description
This dryer widely used in drying of rice flour, cornmeal, α starch, potato powder. Finished products are in flakes, powder and grains.
The basic operation mode is: saturated water vapour (or heat-conductive oil) is feeded into the main roller. Materials are laid on the surface of the roller in different modes and go through heating, slaking and peel making. It moves to the next working procedure for handling of finished product after it is scraped down by specially made scrapers.
Characteristics of the equipment:
Roller dryer comprises a main roller, roller, power plant and electrical control system, lubricating system, shovel (shave) mechanism of knife, cloth and exhaust steam, initial crushing and conveyor, a main frame and operation platform etc..
