CBK50 series CNC lathe technical description


CBK50 series CNC lathe is an economic CNC lathe with two synchronized axes and semi-closed loop control. It can be used to process various shapes of disc parts, ring parts, shaft parts, precision and complex shape parts, which can meet the requirements of high-precision machining of inner and outer circles, steps, cones, spheres and threads. The control system controls the tool path and tool change. Except for the manual loading and unloading, the rest of the processing work cycle is completed automatically, with the tool path display function. It is suitable for turning, boring, drilling and tapping all kinds of ferrous materials and non-ferrous metal such as stainless steel and alloy steel. The machine tool is flexible in configuration, and can be equipped with hydraulic chuck and hydraulic tailstock according to the requirements of the process, so as to be suitable for the production of multiple varieties and specifications of parts.
