Introduction of Wood Pellet Production Line
Wood debarking process: Optional

1. Crushing Process:
It's necessary to use a wood crusher if your raw material is raw wood (tree branch, tree root and etc. ) 9FH series wood crusher can process raw wood with size less than 300mm (diameter) and moisture below 30%. After crushed, the output size can reach diameter 3~5mm, which is suitable for further briquetting and drying.
2. Drying Process:
It is equipped with one heating stove, feed inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower fan, air lock and cyclone. Wet materials are input into the hopper. The fuel stove generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower fan quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer drying chamber of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are discharged from the outlet with air lock.
3. Pelletizing Process:
KAF series granulator can press biomass particles such as biomass, sawdust pellet from corn straw, green waste, bamboo powder, grazing, wheat straw, rice husk, all kinds of wood waste and etc.

4. Cooling Process:
After the pelletizing process, the temperature of the wood pellet is about 60-80 degree, and the moisture content of the wood pellet is about 15%, so we need use Cooler to reduce about 3-4% moisture, such this the wood pellet is easy to store. But considering the feedback from some foreign clients, the local climate is very humidity; They hope to cool the wood pellet with moisture 7-8%. 5. Packing Process
After cooling, the wood pellet will not directly enter into the fuel process, avoiding the wood pellet affected with damp. The packing process is necessary. In this process, we assemble our domestic best Semi-Auto Packing Machine to you.
It is applied to quantitative automatic weighing, filling, kneading, accumulating weigh and times, stitching and conveying with manual assistant for powder material in the flour factory or material such as pellet shape. Quantitative filling includes packing scales, sack closer, and belt conveyor.
