Overview:
GZJ - XS high-speed pulping machine is a special equipment for slurry preparation, which is superior to fast pulping machine. The machine adopts high-speed and strong eddy current dual-force circulation, shearing several times and tearing and crushing solid group fluid to make slurry with high dispersion and mixing, and has pumping capacity. Compared with blade mixer, pulping machine has the characteristics of faster pulping speed and more uniform slurry mixing. It is one of the key equipment in large pulping station.

Before startup, use hand rotation to check whether the moving parts are blocked or not, check whether the electrical appliances and circuits are damaged or not, and whether the grounding wires are connected properly, then turn on the electricity and idle, check whether the machine has abnormal noise, and turn correctly (according to the direction indicated by the arrow)
The prepared slurry is pumped into the slurry barrel and the slurry barrel agitator is operated.
Regular inspection of transmission shaft, bearing, lubricant quantity and skeleton oil seal wear, replacement or replacement, pay attention to the daily maintenance and maintenance of equipment.
When the equipment is not used or stopped working for a long time, the equipment should be cleaned in time to discharge the remaining cement slurry adequately, so as to avoid hardening and caking affecting the efficiency of the equipment or causing equipment jam and necrosis affecting production.
