BW150 grouting pump is a horizontal three-cylinder reciprocating single-acting piston pump, which is mainly used in road, bridge, dam, mine and high-rise building grouting construction. Eight different working pressures and flow rates can be changed. It is suitable for conveying flushing fluid (mud, clear water, saponification fluid) to boreholes in geological core drilling projects and small diameter diamond drilling within 1500 meters. It can also be used for medium and low pressure, cement slurry filling. The pump consumes less energy, has flexible operation, and is easy to decompose, remove and repair.

BW150 grouting pump mainly consists of pump body, clutch, gearbox, power drive, coupling, frame, pressure gauge, cleaning valve, etc.
Warning: the contact point of clutch release pawl and clutch thrust bearing should be evenly stressed. Adjust the tightness of lock nuts of three clutch release pawls respectively to achieve the adjustment clearance of clutch. This clearance is not easy to be too large, but it can not be pressed too tight, otherwise the thrust bearing will be easily damaged after long-term stress rotation. The principle of clearance is that the clutch can be separated. The clearance has been adjusted before delivery. Regular inspection and timely adjustment should be made after putting it into use.
