Centrifugal pump 300S90
S (SM, SF, SL) pump is a new generation product with advanced performance, stable operation, safety and reliability.
This pump is designed according to National standard with high serialization, standardization and universalization. It adopts new materials and structure in the design, so it can transfer many kinds of mediums.
S type pump is for the transfer of clear water or other liquids with physical and chemical property similar to water. SM type pump is for the transfer of medium with much sediment. SF type pump is for the transfer of corrosive medium. SY type pump is for the transfer of oil. S (SM, SF, SL, SY) series of pumps can be applied to water supply and drainage for factories, mines, cities and power stations, farmland irrigation and drainage as well as water conservancy projects. The transfer medium temperature is between -20 degree to 80 degree.

Head H: 8.6~140m
All pumps of this series can run with speed decrease and different parameters and structure can be designed according to customers' requirements.
Structure: S (SM, SF, SY) type pump is installed horizontally with inlet and outlet line under the pump axial centerline. It is perpendicular to pump axial line. It only needs to remove the pump cover and take out rotor part without dismantling the inlet and outlet pipelines during the overhaul. The pump mainly consists of pump body, pump cover, impeller, sealing ring, shaft sleeve and bearing. The pump body and pump cover constitute impeller working chamber. The impeller axial force is balanced by impeller symmetrical layout.
Bearing: Rolling bearings with grease lubrication at both ends of the pump support the rotor part. Lubrication oil will be adopted if the inlet diameter is more than 700mm.
Shaft seal: 1. Soft packing seal; 2. Mechanical seal (diameter below 800mm).
SL means vertical installation. The suction inlet and discharge outlet are both horizontal. The split surface of pump body and pump cover is perpendicularly separated from axial centerline.
The rotation direction is clockwise viewed from the end of motor (The rotation direction can be designed to be anti clockwise as per customers' requirements).
Materials of flow passage components: Cast iron for S type pump; Anti friction cast iron, cast steel and stainless steel for SM and SY type pump; NiCr cast iron and stainless steel for SF type pump. Different materials can be applied as per customers' requirements.
