A: We can provide neutral shipping mark. or customer trade mark. OEM trade mark are available
5.Q: What's your sample policy and sample lead time?
A: Small samples like 10*10cm are free,courier freight collected.The courier freight will be refunded after you placed the order. The lead time for small sample is around 3 days with Fedex or DHL
6.Q: What's your MOQ?
A: For Slabs & Tiles, usually in 100 m2. B: Other items depends on actual orders.
7.Q: How do I know the quality of the products?
A: We'll send you product,packages,inspections and loading pictures. QC inspection will be arranged, inspection by yourself / your friend / 3rd party are accepted.
8.Q: What's your payment term?
A: Normally 30% deposit by TT, 70% balance before shipment.
B: For projects with complicated productions, at least 50% deposit by TT, 50% balance before shipment.
9.Q: What's your production lead time?
A: The normal lead time is around 3 weeks for 1*20' GP. Faster lead time is available upon /confirm/iation.
