Henan Lanphan ZNHW-II Intelligent Digital Display Thermostat Heating Mantle use alkali-free glass fiber as insulating material, put Cr20Ni80 alloy wire inside it, keep warm by environmental protection material--aluminum silicate wool which has been vacuum case-hardened, one-time shell injection modeling, upper cover adopts static electricity spraying plastics process, spherical heating makes vessel's heating area reach to more than 60%. Temperature control use computer chip as main control unit, use multiple digital filter circuit, smart PID circuit control, self-tuning function, single bond setting, double screen display, silicon controlled, and the inside and outside thermocouple switch device accurately display heating mantle's temperature, also accurately display the solution temperature after switching. Comparing to ZNHW heating mantle, ZNHW-II heating mantle added self-tuning function and adjustable control panel. Start self-tuning function, when in different heating zone or heating power and disorder solution volume, the temperature rising is faster, precision is more accurate, while user should reset the self-tuning function after changing heating medium or warming condition.
