1. Are you factory?
Yes, we are shoe factory and trader too. We have our factories with 1 streamline, meanwhile cooperating with stable partners' factories.
2.Samples &delivery
1)During the time of Canton fair, if you place the sample order directly, then we will offer the samples in free by freight collect.
2)In the normal time, there will be charged the sample fee which will be returned back when place the order.
3.Special service
Same style can be different price to cater to clients' need basing on your final qty and making some changes on the shoe.
4. How to keep the quality?
1).We have our own quality control team, during production they will check all the materials' color, follow up the workmanship and packing. Strictly control the production every process to make sure the goods meet customer's requirement.
2).Workers are professionally trained with many years' work experience. Every pair of shoes is inspected by inspector during production.
3). After packing, goods will be double checked in a high ratio to ensure the quality and inspection is qualified.
4).Third party or customer's inspection is executed after the two steps above.
5).We have all detailed records for defect products, and make summary according to these records, to prevent problems
5. How shall we do if order quantities do not reach to the MOQ?
1) We can have order consolidation if there has production at same time.
2) We will suggest you to choose our inventory if it is available.
3) We may increase FOB price base on small Qty.
6. Delivery time?
1).For the Samples can be finished within 15days.
2) For the bulk production, delivery time is 50-60 days after CFM samples /confirm/ied.
7.What is your Payment terms?
T/T, L/C , OA are accepted, negotiable.
