Impact Crusher Introduction:
This impact crusher has 45 degree feed chute with replaceable liners. The main frame
can be opened by hydraulic device. Thick blow bars with locking tongue set into a
replaceable backing bar seat. All curtain liners are interchangeable. Positive rotor lock
to ensure the safety of persons who change the rotor. With the strengthening and
toughening bear and replaceable backing bar seat, this crusher can be applied to the
waste recycling materials processing. Final products are in a good product shape,the
low proportion of conifer-like.
Impact Crusher Working Principle:
This impact crusher machine crushes materials with impact force. When the materials enterthe blow bar area, they are crushed due to the highspeed impact of the blow bar and are
thrown to the impact plates on the rotor for secondary crush. Then the materials will be
shot back to the blow bar again for the third crush. This process repeats until the materials
are crushed to the required size and discharged from the lower part of the machieThe size and shape of the finished powder can be changed by adjusting the gap between the impactrack and rotor support. The machine employs selfweigh security device in its back frame.
When other objects enter the impact cavity, they will be forced out of the mace by the
impact rack in the front and back of the machine.
