Features:
1. The integrated base and bed is casted through resin mold,which has undergone a strict aging treatment, so high accuracy and rigidity is ensured.
2. High precision through hole type main shaft structure ,with high speed holly rotary oil and precision collet chuck. It rotates max. 5000 rev/min. Turning roughness is up to Ra0.8~0.4.
3. The THK precision widened linear guideways from Japan improve the total rigidity of machine. Turning roughness is up to Ra0.8~0.4.
4. The THK precision ball screw from Japan is located between guide ways; side torque is eliminated. Bearings especially for screws are used and smooth transmission is ensured.
5. Feed screws in longitudinal and cross direction are directly connected with AC servo motors through zero clearance elastic shaft couplings. High accuracy is ensured in transmission.
6. The tool block has a widened T-shaped bottom plate so it can hold more tools. It ensures easy setting, quick and precise tool change and maximum repeatability.
7. Turret board equipped with automatic feeding machine,it's convenient achieve the corporation automatic through CNC control system.
8. The high performance automatic intermittent lubrication system lubricates the guideways and screws, making sure the lathe keep the good lubrication sate.
9. The NC controller has color display and USB port, so data transfer is simple.
10. The external electric cabinet is easy to service. The separate rear mounted coolant tank and chip box ensure fluent chip disposal and easy chip removal.
11. The machine is jointly driven mechanically, electrically and pneumatically. Equipped with high performance hydraulic station; full enclosed stainless steel guard ensures safe and friendly operation.
