The machine tool is special CNC lathe with double spindle structure. It is mainly designed for processing cylinder, piston, guide sleeve, movable column, piston rod parts of hydraulic, coal machine and other industries. The machine tool adopts the inclined bed with back 75 degrees, which is easy to operate and adjust. It is convenient to chip removal and workpiece loading and unloading. The longitudinal and transversal guideway adopts medium frequency quenching process, so as to improve the corresponding speed of machine tool and extend life of machine tool. The spindle transmission system is driven by AC servo main motor which drive spindle through synchronous belt, improves the stability of transmission. The z-axis transmission adopts direct connection structure, which can improve the stability and response speed of machine tool. At the same time, the machine tool is equipped with 12 station Taiwan horizontal hydraulic tool holder, and is equipped with appropriate attachment, so machine tool has a wide process adaptability, auxiliary time in the process is greatly shorten.
