TD dual-frequency generator is developed on the T platform for high-end cleaning. A single generator can output two different frequencies. TU single-frequency ultrasonic generator is a perfect solution for high power ultrasonic cleaning project. It adopts modular ultrasonic generator PCB, which can achieve constant power output and automatic ultrasonic frequency tracking.
High Performance DSP processor is adopted to provide continuous ultrasonics with power linearly adjustable. Improved over-heat protection and over-current protection allow the generator better working stability and environmental suitability.
Fully automatic sweep functionality adapts the driving frequency to load changing status. Multi-channel is realized for friendly communication and control Industrial Control Protocol (MODBUS).
Ultrasonic T-Cabinet Generator
This cabinet uses an independent cooling system and integrated wiring scheme,including power supply to ultrasonic generators, ultrasonic HF cable, control system and communication bus to ultrasonic generator etc. only 1 cabinet can drive the whole high power ultrasonic cleaning tank. Easy to install, operate and maintain. It is very stable.
More importantly, it avoids the problems caused by generator placement, wiring and heat dissipation in the conventional solution.

1. Cavitation erosion on ultrasonic tank or surface of submersible transducer,which is a normal phenomenon during ultrasonic cleaning
2. Damage caused by abuse,improper installation,alternation,overload or neglect of precautions During the warranty,the device will be repaired or replaced by professional.Clangsonic reserves all the right.

We will tune the generator to the optimum resonant status before factory . It's forbidden for user to modify the parameters without Clangsonic's authorization . Anauthorized modifications may damage the devices or result in untuning betwee ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic transducer. And these are also not covered by warranty . Any question please contact us.
