FUOOTECH Series ZYD-I Double-stage High Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration Machine, enclosed in a canopy can be used at outdoors at any work point for weather proof, sand proof, sand proof. It is especially suitable for purifying located in fields. Meanwhile, it also works with other electrical insulating oil such as cable, circuit breakers, capacitor, etc.
By absorbing the advanced technology of similar products at home and abroad, our 9000L/H Double Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier has excellent performance both in design and cost. The oil treatment process and overall performance are in the leading position in China with its advantages of high working vacuum, fast oil filtration speed and oil quality protection. It is mainly used for purify the oil used in ≤500KV electricity. This series may include two types, fixed close type and mobile trailer mounted type, suitable for oil treatment, transformer vacuum oilling and hot oil circulation draying during big transformers installation and maintenance.

Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.Especially applied to vacuum oiling and drying (Hot Oil Circulation / on-site Drying) for power transmission equipments which are over 110KV.Adopt interlocked protection system, which connects oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leakage and electricity leak. Low maintenance cost and time, simple operation and maintenances.Can be made in mobile trailer and fully enclosed type, fully automatic type with PLC, explosion-proof type, etc… according to actual working condition/requirements.
