This product is named as Non-cold Bridge Suspended Ceiling System, widely accepted in electronics, pharmaceutical, aerospace and other industries where cleanrooms are required. Lighting (LED), HEPA boxes, fire protection equipment and other necessary ancillary products for cleanrooms can be installed to ceiling panels.
This system consists of two major parts: the hanging system and ceiling panels. The hanging system is mainly used to bear the dead load and living load of the ceiling panel, to control and adjust the distance between the ceiling and floor, and keep the level of the overall ceiling system. The ceiling panel can be perfectly connected with the HEPA boxes, fire protection equipment, lights and maintenance access.

The walkable ceiling system with HEPA boxes, diffusers and lighting fixtures, all components can be integrated perfectly. The openings in ceiling panels for HEPA boxes or LED lights can be made in MAX factory, the reinforcement shall be embedded in panels in advance.
The structure of sandwich panels: double side PPGI, glass-magnesium board, core material and panel frame.

Accessories for cleanroom hanging system: M10 threaded rods, square adjustors, M10 flange nuts, M10 hexagon nuts, T-screws and al. joists.
