This product is a specially designed steel door for cleanroom system. It is suitable for MAX-CR cleanroom system and 50mm thick partition wall system. It adopts aluminum door frame or painted galvanized steel door frame. The door leaf is composed of galvanized steel sheet after bending and welding, which can be suitable for 50mm thick MAX-CW double glass window, SS adjustable hinges or SS split hinges.
Features:Door frame, door leaf and double window has identical thickness, the surface is totally flush;Door frame is made of galvanized steel or electrophoretic sand white al. alloy, the door leaf is made of galvanized steel. The sealing stripes ensure the tightness;There is auto-down bottom seal, which will drop down when the door closes, rise up when it is open. The seal guarantees the tightness and avoids friction with the floor.;The hinge is made of stainless steel and is flat with the surface of the door frame and the door leaf.
