1Circuit Board .Size and shape

The common size of card is 85mm(length) * 54mm(width) or 3.375''(length) * 2.125''(width)

with rounded corner,and it will save your cost.However, we can do any size and shape

according to your require.So,just tell us your special need, we try our best to produce it.

2.Color

We use the CYMK,that is full color.Single or double sided print at no extra cost on full

color cards.

3.Thickness

For pvc/plastic card, there are 0.30mm/0.38mm/0.5mm/0.6mm/0.76mm to be available.

And 0.76mm is commonly used,which is the same as credit card.

4.PP lamination

It is a film covered on the surBeauty Equipment face of card,used to protect the card from being scratched.

And it makes the card more lightness and smooth.For a pvc card with matte finish,it

won't being scratched easily.

5.Frosted/transparent

For a frosted card,you can feel the obviously uneven when you touch the surface of

card.For a transparent card,it seems the card is clear.
