How the corrugated aluminum composite panel is made?
The corrugated aluminum composite panel is made from pre-coated aluminum sheet and corrugated aluminum sheet by high pressure lamination with polymer adhesive. The thickness of facing aluminum sheet is 0.5mm to 1.0mm with surface finish of PVDF coating or Polyesther coating, color is specified as per customer's requirments. The facing sheet can also be made from galvanized steel sheet with antibacterial powder coating for hospital applications. The thickness of corrugated aluminum sheet is 0.35mm or other customized thickness as design requirements.
