The FOOD and Drug Administration (FDA) : Quarantine clothing is intended to protect hospitalized patients and staff from exposure to microorganisms, body fluids, and particulate matter.
It also specifies that the clothing should cover the torso and all clothing to form a physical barrier for the spread of microorganisms and other substances.

It is dustproof, liquid splash proof and light, which makes medical staff more comfortable and safe to use.
The protective clothing is used to protect the arms and exposed body areas of the medical staff, and should be worn when it may be contaminated by the patient's blood, body fluids, secretions, and excreta.
At present, the degree of protection for blood and body fluid depends on the type of material, especially the permeability, wear resistance and tear resistance.

(1) When contact with the clothes, blood, body fluids, secretions and excreta of the patient during operation or nursing, quarantine clothes should be worn to protect the arms and exposed areas of the body of the medical staff.
(2) In case of possible contamination by patients' blood and body fluids, isolation clothes and gloves should be worn to implement standard preventive measures.
(3) Contact isolation measures for all patients infected or colonized with pathogens that can be transmitted through direct contact shall wear isolation clothes and gloves when entering the isolation ward before touching the patient or the patient's surroundings.
(4) Different isolation garments have different levels of protection, and can be selected according to their own needs and the degree of exposure to infectious substances and the degree of possible contamination of blood and body fluids.
