LGZ / PGZ Series Centrifuge
Introduction:
LGZ / PGZ series centrifuges are mainly used for solid-liquid separation of suspensions containing solid particles and also for solid-liquid separation of fibrous materials. They are widely used in pharmaceutical, fine chemical and food industries.
Product features:
1. Flat plate structure, low center of gravity, stable operation. Four point supports, liquid damping vibration reduction, no foundation installation form, improve vibration isolation and damping performance.
2. Independent swash plate distributing device, feeding uniform and controllable.
3. Gas recoil and gas assisted scraper device reduce the residual filter cake to the minimum, so as to facilitate the regeneration of filter cloth.
4. With large or full flap structure, the centrifuge cavity is equipped with cleaning device to clean the centrifuge on-line to avoid cross contamination of products.
5. Multiple protection devices: over vibration protection, over-current protection, temperature control protection, material layer control, scraper travel protection, cover opening protection, mechanical and electrical interlock protection, various warning and warning signs.
6. PLC program control, touch screen, frequency converter control, energy consumption braking, feedback braking
