Introduction:
It has been widely used in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, power plant, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical and environmental protection industries.
Features:
1. Ring rubber drainage belt, high tensile strength, long service life.
2. There is no ring friction belt between the vacuum box and the tape, and water is used for sealing and lubrication, which can maintain a high vacuum degree and prolong the service life of the belt.
3. In order to meet the requirements of various working conditions, various methods such as free drop (high level drainage) and automatic drainage (zero position drainage) are adopted for vacuum drainage.
4. The whole structure adopts modular design, which can be assembled flexibly and is convenient for transportation and installation.
5. DCS technology is adopted in the control system, which can realize on-site and remote automatic control.
