1.This Shot Blasting machine consist of special type of Roller Conveyor System in which the Springs are rotated while they are longitudinally transported into Blast chamber.
2.The springs are loaded on Roller Conveyor of machine. These springs are transferred while rotating into Blast Chamber. In Blast Chamber, two Blast turbine Station are strategically positioned and throwing the steel shot on spring.
3.The speed and angle of shots, quantum of shots and size of shots are well controlled as per requirement.
4.The shot blasted spring come out from outlet portion of machine from where it is pushed out automatically by a Pusher which is installing on the chain-driving sprocket driven by motor.
5.The speed of conveyor can be varied as per requirement. The inlet and outlet vestibules has spring steel type of rubber curtain which prevent escape of shots.
6.The machine is equipped with shot recovery cleaning & classification system. Machine can be further equipped with shot quantity controller like automatic flow control system etc.

2. Before reaching the entrance of the blasting room, there is a grating detection device. When the workpiece goes into the shot blasting room, the photoelectric switch sends the signal, and through the time delay, the blasting operation can be started through PLC control.
3. When shot blasting operating, steel pellet from this process fall down to the bottom of the shot blasting chamber being transported to the bottom of the elevator by the screw conveyor, and then to the top of the classifier by the elevator belt assembly respectively. The classifier is powered by the dust catcher. The purpose is to separate broken steel grits and dust from the shot blasting processing. Through the sorting device, qualified steel grits will come directly into the storage bin above the blasting machine, and ready to be used again. Shattered Steel pellets will be separated again and dropped into the waste cylinder through the sand pipe. Dust is directly sucked away by the dust removal system and adsorbed in the filter cartridge dust collector, and vibrated through the dust pulse valve system,; finally falls into the dust recovery box that needs to be cleaned up regularly.
