6,Discharge system
The discharging device is composed of a finished product pulling device, an oil scraping device, a discharge raceway, a finished product material rack and an oil pan. 7,Main drive mechanism
It consists of Z4 DC motor, belt drive, hydraulic Disc brake and support. The utility model is used for driving the working frame of the cold pipe rolling mill and making it reciprocating. The system uses three-phase silicon controlled rectifier, Z 4 series DC motor to drive the trigonometric belt, which is transmitted to a pair of driving gears in the chassis through a large pulley. 9,Process Lubrication System
