Process of making Ice cream
Prepare tools and materials, including ice cream powder, 5000ml measuring cup, eggbeater, silica gel scraper.
Sauce Mixing:add 2.5-3L (0.6-0.8Gallons) water into 1Kg (2.2Lbs) ice cream powder.
Stir well with eggbeater and let it sit for 15 minutes.Pour the mixed sauce into the hopper, two flavors for two hoppers.
Press the AUTO button, ice cream will start to shape up, then wait for 10-15 minutes.When the shape proportion reached 99%, the delicious ice cream is done.
Add mixed sauce into two hoppers before they're empty, don't let them be empty while the machine is working.
Don't put mixed sauce in one hopper while putting water in the other.

Note
When you receive the machine, please place it for 24 hours before use. This action can prevent the freezing oil in the compressor from going into the tube which may damage the compressor and impact the cooling effect.
