Tunnel oven, electric, indirect gas fried or hybrid gas oven for option,
about Oven length: 10m-70m, baking capacity from 50kg-1500kg/hour. We suggest oven length minimum 25m, then the oven can bake top grade quality biscuit. The biscuit capacity is depend on the size of the oven.
