The single piece of non-heat-insulated fireproof glass produced by our company is treated by chemical ion exchange and physical high temperature
tempering process of float glass to enhance the surface stress of the glass and achieve the corresponding fire rating requirements, to maintain the
integrity of the glass fire.
1. High strength: Under the same thickness, its strength is 6-12 times that of float glass.
2. Strong fire resistance: it can be kept in a flame at 1050 ºC
for 90 minutes without bursting, from and to prevent the spread of flames and smoke more effectively, there is enough time to escape and carry out
rescue and disaster relief work.
3. High weather resistance: suitable for use in various natural environments, under long-term sunlight, there will be no
changes, and almost the same service life as ordinary glass.
4. Machinability : Can be processed into laminated glass, insulating glass, coated glass,
ground fire-retardant glass with sand craft pattern, etc.
5. Installation method: Fireproof expansion seals and pressure strips must be affixed around the fireproof glass.Fireproof and flame retardant glue
shall be applied to the surrounding parts of the fixing.
