1. Product application:
Safety valve test bench is used for various safety valve setting pressure adjustment, the whole set pressure detection, discharge pressure detection, back seat pressure testing, assessment of its pressure safety performance etc.. ,

A. Test pressure range: 0-350 bar for option(gas pressure and water pressure)
B. test medium: air, nitrogen, water;
C. test valve diameter: DN15-DN400 for option
D. pressure control accuracy: less than 1%F.S;
E. pressure measurement accuracy: 0.4 pressure gauge (optional higher pressure level);
F. Clamping way: hydraulic cylinder clamping;
G. station interface type: screw and flange type
H. clamping force output range: 0-50 tons;
I. supply voltage: 50Hz -60Hz ,220V/380V for option
J: Gas testing: Compressed air (0.3-0.8 Mpa) as drive air, SHINEEAST air driven gas booster as power unit, which provides high pressure gas(nitrogen gas) for testing.
K: All connectors, pipelines, valves are all stainless steel materials.
L: Pressure gauge range: 0-2.5MPa,0-10MPa,0-25MPa,0-40MPa,0-60MPa( can be according to requirements)
M: Applicable safety valve: DN32-400mm flange safety valve, screw thread safety valve, fall lift safety valve/low lift safety valve, domestic/imported safety valve etc.

It consists mainly of high pressure power system, clamping device system, data acquisition test system and so on.
