Hydraulic oil in oil tank is input into oil channel via motor drives high pressure pump, pass one way direction valve, high pressure filter, pressure difference valve group, servo valve, go into oil cylinder. Computer sends control signal to servo valve to control open size and direction of servo valve, further to control flow into oil cylinder in order to realize constant speed load control. Measuring System: The machine adopts load cells to measure load. The computer is timely collecting the testing parameters like loading force, stroke etc.The software based on Windows system is able to display the load, load peak value, testing curves etc. very easily, and can make automatic calculating of test results.
