3.Production description

JW-QT8-15 automatic block forming machine is a comprehensive techinical equipment for automatic cotrol of hydrualic system and computer ,it is a aspecial equipment for the production of building blocks .
Different building blocks can be produced from fly ash,slag,coal gangue or other industrail waste and river sand gravel.
Different solid bricks ,hollow bricks and perforated bricks can be produced by changing the mold .

The design adopts the vehicle-type storage mode wirh independent foudation,material is delivered immediately and the effect of cloth is excellent .
The mold is made if high-quality manganese steel .it is made by carburizing and quenching.it is not easy to be deformed during use and is not easy to wear .
