Effect
The function of the condenser is to condense the steam exhaust steam into water and to ensure the main auxiliary equipment with a certain degree of vacuum.
Structure
The condenser is an all-welded structure composed of a casing, a water chamber, a tube plate, a cooling pipe, an intermediate pipe plate, a steam shield, and a condenser concentrator.The housing and the water chamber are welded together, and the housing is a steel plate welded structure.There are manhole covers in the upper casing, water chamber and hot well for maintenance.The inner tube of the cylinder is fixed to the end tube plate by the expansion tube method or the expansion welding.
In the middle there is a baffle to support the pipe to deflect upwards to prevent resonance.The tube bundle arrangement adopts the design technology of HEL-6.This is the international standard for condenser design.The condenser designed with this technology is a radial flow centering type and arranged in an arc direction., triangular arrangement, which is characterized by small vapor resistance and low degree of subcooling.
In the middle of the tube bundle, there is a wide steam passage from the inlet to the hot water well, and the tube bundles on both sides are arranged in a strip shape, on the outer side of the strip shape, and the other part is a steam flushing tube.A stainless steel tube is used, and a steam shield disposed between the steam passages prevents short-circuiting of the steam.
