ConTINUOUS NO-BAKE SAND MIXER FOR FOUNDRY/STEEL CASTING
Application:
Mainly used for resin sand self-hardening sand and sodium silicate sand to mix produce.
1. Supply system of the adhesive adopt advanced wheel pump, diaphragm pump and liquid detector, measurement accuracy.
2. Short mix time, no less sand from end to end, Double arms rotating flexible, large area of operation.
3. Open type sand mulling mix cage arm, easy clean and adjust leaf and convenient maintenance.
4. To set advanced fluidization boiling, the powder content of sand is further reduced and the quantity of adhesive is substantially reduced and improve the quality of the sand mixture and get good economic benefits.
5. The electrical devices adopt PLC control system, abundant confinement and protection. Simulation-screen display, stable and reliable working, to achieve automatic production.
OTHER TYPES OF SAND MIXER

1.Two grinding wheels type S11 series
The sand mixer equipped with two rolling wheels, two scraper.
Rolling wheels have grinding and kneading action.
It can make water, clay&other appendices evenly distribute in the sand surface.
Scraper can make sand block loose, and blow no-blended sand to under the rolling wheels,then the sand mixer continue to grind and knead the sand, until all the sand get uniformity.
2.Two rotors type S14 series
This mixer has two rotors, rotating by motor.
This machine is batch type.
The blades of rotor is alloy steel, wear-resisting well.
At the bottom plate of mixer has three scraper blades.
It used in dustries such as, fire-proof, ceramics, glass and food.

3.One grinding wheels with one rotor S13 series
This mixer have one rotor and one rolling wheel.
This machine is batch type.
The blades of rotor is alloy steel, wear-resisting well.
The rotor rotates by motor driving.
Mixing cycle is short
It used in dustries such as, fire-proof, ceramics, glass and food.
