TF-400 copper wire shredder machines for sale
TF-400(capacity:200-250kg/h) copper granulator is suitable for middle size factory. It finishes the complete recycling process in closed structure to avoid pollution and noise. Crushed copper wire go through the high pressure fan, and dust inside will be cleaned and finally vibrating separator will take out clear copper and plastic pellet from different exit.

1. Copper pellet exit: crushed and separated copper pellet go out of this exit.(front)
2. Plastic(PVC)pellet exit: shredded and separated plastic pellet go out of this exit.(back)
3. Small vibrator: There are two small vibrators matched with the machine(for copper and plastic) for second separating.

Main spare parts of copper wire recycling machine is screen and moving blades.Normally we supply extra one set sapre parts includes 1 piece of screen and 12 pieces of blades for JLF-400 copper wire granulator.
We also recommend proper related machines to customer according to the raw material to get best recycling effect.
Pre-treat Machines:
1. Cable stripper: if customer deal with large size copper wires with multi-strand,it is better to separate its cores and then put them into granulator machine.
2. Double shaft crusher: If the raw material is with large lenth, it will be helpful to cut them to smaller pieces before granulating.
3. Blade sharping machine: After long time operating, blades on the granulator machine need maintiance to get good sharpness.
4. Megnatic conveyor: If there is a small part iron mixing inside the copper wire, we can add a magnatic conveyors to take out of the iron mixing of the copper pellet to get high purity.
5. Belt conveyor: It is supplied to customer who required totally automatic copper wire feeding.
For TF-400 copper wire separator , normally we pack it with plastic films and ply wooden case.
based on customers' requirement, we could also put packed JLF-400 into whole container.

1.Is there quick-wear part on the machine? The spare part of the machine is blades and screen, their use life is more than 2 years, and we could also supply blade sharping machine to you for maintenance.

2.What's the longest continuous working time for the recycling machine? Normally 10 hours per day.

3.Is the machine easy to operate? How many workers required to operate it? We design precise but simple control system for the machine.
For single recycling machine, only one worker is required.
For complete recycling line, two workers are required.
