EXRE-5003 rotary evaporator
Rotary evaporator is mainly used for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation and solvent recovery
in the pharmaceutical, chemical and biopharmaceutical industries. The principle is that under vacuum
conditions, constant temperature heating makes the rotary bottle rotate at a constant speed, the material
forms a large area film on the bottle wall, and is efficiently evaporated. The solvent vapor is cooled by a
high-efficiency glass condenser and recovered in a collection bottle to improve evaporation efficiency. It is
suitable for the concentration and purification of biological products that are easily decomposed and
denatured at high temperature.
In order to carry out some flammable and explosive dangerous chemical experiments, we have designed
an explosion-proof type rotary evaporator. EXRE-5003 is our 50L explosion proof rotary evaporator.
