Lime Rotary Kiln advanced structure, reliable rotary kiln lime kiln sealed at both ends combined scales. Air leakage coefficient is less than 10% of the composite refractory material, in order to reduce radiation heat loss.
The metallurgical roasting equipment is composed of the kiln head, kiln body and kiln tail. Among which, the kiln head is mainly used to discharge, with larger diameter than the kiln body. Qualified limestone (20 ~ 50 mm) are lifted by bucket elevator to top silo of preheater. There are two level indicators (up and down) controlling the feeding amount, then they are separated averagely into preheaters' individual rooms. The limestone's temperature rises to about 900ºC heated by kiln flue gas of 1150ºC, about 30% of them are decomposed, and they come into the rotary kiln by hydraulic rod, where the limestone decomposed into CaO and CO2. The decomposed limestone are put into the cooler, where its temperatures drops to 100ºC and released. The hot air (600°C) will come to kiln after heat exchange, and mix with coal gas for mixture combustion. The exhaust gas is released by the blower into bag deduster through multi-pipe cooler, then into the chimney though exhaust blower.The limestone from the cooler will be transported to the limestone final product silo through vibrating feeder, chain conveyer, bucket elevator, belt conveyer.

Application for Active Lime Rotary Kiln:
The metallurgical rotary kiln is mainly used in metallurgy industry for roasting various mineral materials. To be specific, it can be used in steel plants for magnetizing roast of lean iron ore and oxidizing roast of chromite and josephinite, in refractory material factory for roasting high metallurgical minerals, in aluminum plants for roasting clinkers and aluminium hydroxide, and in chemical plants for roasting aluminum ore sand, chrome ore powder, etc.
Structural Characteristics for Active Lime Rotary Kiln:
1. The kiln body is made of premium carbon steel or alloy steel plate by means of rolling and automatic welding.
2. The tyres, riding wheel and open gear of this roasting furnace are made of alloy cast steel.
3. The slide shoe bearing features large gap and impossibility of grinding the shoe.
4. The cylindrical roasting kiln is designed with a special driving device which consists of a hard teeth reducer, a flexible diaphragm coupler and a direct current motor.
5. A hydraulic thrust roller is typically adopted.
6. The kiln head and tail are respectively characterized by metal leaf type seal and air-tight seal.
7. The metallurgical rotary kiln is equipped with a low speed driving device.

9. High automation level, the adjustment of production system operation, control and alarm adopts PLC to control in the control centre room, reducing artificial and improving efficiency.

The main equipment includes φ4.0x60m rotary kiln, φ2.4x4.75m coal mill, 5000 m² bag type dust collector.
